Located in Dandridge, Tennessee, Ten of Cups Family Farm offers self-care boarding for both mares and geldings in a quiet, family-friendly setting.

Our horse barn features:

• 3 spacious box stalls
• A bright, high-ceiling aisle way
• Wash stall & grooming area
• Tack Room with saddle racks, lockable tack lockers, and 1 grain bin per horse
• A cozy office/lounge with table & chairs, microwave, and refrigerator—perfect for storing drinks and snacks during your visit
   

The grounds include 4 well-maintained paddocks on 6.85 acres with high-tensile electric fencing and corner bracing, offering plenty of room for grazing and socializing. Each paddock offers a run-in shelter and is equipped with an automatic, heated stock waterer for year-round hydration. Behind the barn, you’ll find an open riding arena ideal for flatwork and training.

• We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year
• Owners live on-site for added peace of mind

At Ten of Cups Family Farm, your horse isn’t just boarded—they become part of our extended farm family.

Owner must provide their own grain, hay, supplements and bedding.

What's Included:

• Use of stalls in the main barn (owner must clean stall with each use or daily if stall boarding).
• Owner must provide their own blanket changes.
• Owner must provide and administer their own supplements.
• If you cannot make it to the barn on a given day, you can hire Ten of Cups Family Farm staff (at a rate of $10/day) to take care of feeding, cleaning, etc in your absence (supplies provided by owner).
